“You have to accept whatever comes, and the only important thing is that you meet it with the best you have to give.”~Eleanor Roosevelt.
Every day millions and millions of people in the world struggle with something. Struggles are part of life and no one can escape them. Some struggles appear suddenly and other struggles develop gradually; some last longer and some last less. There are things you can control and things that you cannot control.
Struggles can be losses in your personal and professional life – whether material, physical, or emotional losses. All of your struggles matter and affect you in different ways. For every struggle, there is a need. With the more struggles, the more needs. You will find that it is encouraging to know that your struggles are easier to cope with when you have a good attitude. Having a good attitude is not about minimizing the size and the effects of your struggles, it is about focusing on the end result, not on your current circumstances.

Do reach out to supportive people: Share your struggles with caring and kind people in your life. Do not let pride or the fear of rejection get in the way.
Do take care of yourself: Get a massage, go for a walk, rest, and get enough sleep. Do not allow your struggles to take over you. Do what is within your means.
Avoid isolating yourself: Spending too much time alone can give room to start feeling negative and depressed. Surround yourself with people who will lift you up.
Avoid comparing to others: Every person’s struggles are different. Know that there is always someone facing similar struggles and major struggles than you.
Avoid complaining: Talking about your struggles is different than complaining. Complaining implies negativity, you focus on the struggles and not on the results.
Struggles have a way to shape your character to become a stronger person if you decide so. Every struggle has something to teach you…
