Change is the only constant in this life. It is evident in the seasons and all life forms. It is my experience; most people experience resistance when change occurs.
You are nothing but a smush of everything that happened to you. All experiences, all people, all words you ever took to heart, all your surroundings, all your teachings. Everything comes together to make you. So how do we change our lives in such a way that we can become the best version of ourselves?
Limitations can teach us a lot about ourselves. It’s not an oh-so wonderful feeling to come to grips with them. Realizing our limitations allows us to stress less and to boldly embrace any challenging moment along the journey of life.
Practicing conscious gratitude activates and directs the creative energy of life that nurtures the seed potential within which contains the spiritual DNA of a life worth living.
Along with some end-of-the-year reflection and goal planning for the new year, don’t forget to thank yourself for all that you have achieved and overcome this year.
