Perhaps now, more than ever, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr’s words seem very prophetic. There is no doubt that “who” you are matters but, what you “do” with who you are matters even more so.
With the recent decisions made in several national cases involving race and injustice, many in the minority communities are asking for justice and the government system to bring justice into our society.
When I reflect on the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr., I also begin to reflect on the injustices that have happened in our country within the last few years. There are so many conversations needed, but I think I have narrowed down where we can begin.
