You are nothing but a smush of everything that happened to you. All experiences, all people, all words you ever took to heart, all your surroundings, all your teachings. Everything comes together to make you.
Every experience you had shaped your point of view and shaped you into who you are today.
From the minute we were born we started to experience all sorts of things. We were surrounded by our parents who spoke to us in a unique way, we looked at different things and we felt, smelled, tasted and heard different things. All of these things, over the course of a couple of years, shaped us into the kids we used to be.
It was at that point that we started to consciously choose what it was we wanted to do. With all of these things as background information, we went out into the world and looked all the amazing things available to us.
And, eventually, that got us to where we are today.
All the people around us that we come into contact with, all the things lying about in our home, even the things we say and think shape us right now.
Everything we see, touch, hear, smell, taste, think and do. Everything affects who we are. Which means that we are not some kind of labels. We are not “nice”, “funny”, “mean” or “confident”. All of those are just labels trying to describe what we are.
We are so much more than that!
Since literally EVERYTHING we come into contact with shapes us, defines us and turns us into who we are, we cannot be described by some labeling words.
Right now you choose what kind of experiences you have, what kind of surroundings you have, and what your life should look like.
We may not have turned out into the person we wanted to be. But all of that changes right now.
The past experiences we had defines the present version of ourselves. And the actions we take in the present defines our future.
Everything we do right now changes the future version of ourselves. So how do we change our lives in such a way that we can become the best version of ourselves?
–Start by improving your surroundings. Clean your home, remove the negative friends out of your life and surround yourself with reminders of positivity.
–Do more affirmations. The next step involves changing our thoughts to be more positive. Repeat affirmations every morning and see your thought sand actions change.

When you study, surround yourself with people as smart as you want to become. And when you are trying to make more money, surround yourself with experts and financially rich people.
–Spend more time with great people instead of average ones. Go online, or grab a book, and spend as much time as you can surrounded by amazing people. You do not have to be physically close to them to obtain their knowledge and to have them influence you in a positive way.
–Lastly, Raise your Standards. Do not allow negativity anymore. Do not cheat yourself on all the ways to improve your life. Bite into the sour apple right now so that your future version can live an amazing life. You will experience pain sooner or later. The question is: Do you want to experience pain now so you can save the later? Or do you want to experience pain later so you can save the now?
The choice is yours. Choose wisely.
