During these uncertain times, resilience is a critical factor for emotional well-being.
And resilient people tend to engage in certain behaviors that allow them to reset or pivot when necessary.
I know this first-hand. I am a nationally recognized expert on resiliency and gratitude. I am a life coach with clients throughout the United States and have privately advised some of the most influential people in media and politics. I am also an author, therapist, life-coach, and a licensed social worker with more than 20 years of clinical experience.
Furthermore, my best-selling book, A Widow’s Guide to Healing, was inspired by my own personal experience with widowhood, grief, and healing. My book has been endorsed by Katie Couric, Maria Shriver, and my good friend and mentor., Dr. Deepak Chopra, among others.
Recently, in a live webinar hosted by the Alumni Association of the University of Michigan, I shared numerous strategies that resilient people employ in stressful situations. I also took questions during this webinar. To hear about these strategies, you can watch my webinar below. I hope it empowers and comforts you!
