I'm the founder and CEO of a new career development website and a leading China recruitment firm, Wang & Li Asia Resources. My goal for zhishangwang.com is to become a Go-To Website For Career Guidance And Inspiration for Chinese professionals, by providing high quality, practical career insights and advice to help them attain their success. In supporting the hiring and development needs of both individuals and companies in China for 20+ years, I've written three career development books, How To Develop Yourself As A Future Executive, Today (or How To DYFET), Know The Game, Play The Game, and The New Gold Mountain,. I often share my China job and talent market insights at top China and U.S. MBA programs and professional organizations, and through various media, such as CNN, CCTV, Business Week, CBN Weekly, Forbes, etc.

At a personal level, I'm a Chinese-American who has lived on both the east and west coasts (mainly, North Carolina, Maryland, and L.A.). I've lived and worked in Asia since 1990, where my "tour of duty" here includes time in Taipei, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shanghai (where I live today).

Finally, I'm a very late-starter as a dad. My son is a preschooler and my daughter is just learning to walk. .They energize me, but also wear me out, so health and fitness are big priorities for me!
