To inspire change, to improve something, and to accomplish anything in life, a person must first identity what his or her “why” is and then, draw people to that “why.” Because usually, a person’s “why” draws closer to the heart and to emotions that every single human being can feel and connect to.
So whenever you feel compelled to start something or to do something greater than you can imagine or greater than you thought possible, first identify with your “why.” When you go after something larger than you and you identify your “why,” anything is possible. Suddenly, the resources you need, the people you need, and the anything that you need will somehow enter your path so that you can create the positive impact that you wish to generate throughout our society.
And as author Sinek has indicated, all you have to do… is start with your “why.”
