If you want to be exceptional you need to practice. Jerry Seinfeld famously said that he still writes comedy every day. As accomplished as he is, he still makes time to practice his craft daily. |
Daily practice is what separates the good from the great. It’s what turns your strengths into superpowers. Follow the process below to develop your own. |
Step 1: Discover your strengths |
To discover your strengths I recommend you take a personality test. I like PrinciplesYou.com by Ray Dalio. It’s free and gives a great breakdown of your strengths and how they can be applied in your life. Find themes and use those as a guide for the next step. |

Step 2: Choose a strength to develop |

Look at your list of strengths and choose one to develop. Choose the one that you feel you’re strongest in right now. For example, if you’re great at coming up with ideas, focus on that. |

Turn that activity into something you do each day. Place it in your calendar and turn it into a daily recurring event. This is where the magic will happen. |
For example: |

Daily practice has the power to turn your strengths into superpowers. Follow the steps above to see exponential growth. The key is to be consistent Small improvements lead to greatness over time! |

This week I focused on collecting data through customer surveys. I’ve collected over 110 responses and have a clear direction for the type of product to develop. It will be an all-natural, low-sugar snack item. |
I’m also working with a branding expert to finalize a name and guidelines for the brand. Above are the final two logo concepts. |
