We’ve become a society that has a lot of people who talk a good game, but who don’t always follow through on that game. Their actions don’t match up to what it is that they continuously talk about.
Hmmm… I’ve just become really confused about this.
And at other moments, I’m really irritated by it…
Where are the doers?
If you aren’t going to change what you complain about, bring attention to, etc., etc. then, PLEASE, please stop talking. Don’t waste your energy. We need more people who don’t just talk, but who do. Those are the people I admire and celebrate.
My point is: If you are only going to talk about the issue at hand, but not actually try to change the issue at hand, then please sit down.
In some ways, you make yourself look more like a hypocrite than someone trying to implement change.
I’m for people who not only talk, but who do while they’re talking. I can’t stand the people who talk and appear as if they care, but their actions don’t line up. We need more doers in our society. We need more people who are putting their beliefs into action.
If you are one of those people, then I applaud you and urge you to please stand up!
