The Impact Of Your Purpose Weighs Greater Than You Know

Purpose.

It’s a word that we all identify with, but we tend to think it’s difficult to know. We’re so caught up in trying to exactly nail it down, to find our purpose at its core that we forget the level of its impact. We don’t grasp that our purpose is really all of things that make us who we are and how we use those things to make a difference in the lives of those around us and the world.

I guess it can be hard to believe this though. Sometimes, I personally feel so small and so unsure as to why I am here. I think many of us are trying to understand the greater meaning and essence of our purpose, of our lives. We might feel like we are just here, without any regard for why we are here. And when we’re young, we can feel this way even more. We feel like we’re trying to find our way in the world. We feel like maybe our lives (our purpose) doesn’t even matter.

But our purpose weighs much more than we know.

We are each here for a reason. We are each uniquely made to contribute something unique to this world. Our lives are much deeper than what we see and what we believe them to be. All of the challenges and trials that we go through are tailored for us alone. And we are to use and share these experiences; those feelings we developed from them; and what we gain to help those around us. We shouldn’t be shameful or mad about anything we go through, but see it as means towards walking in our purpose and having a larger impact than we could have anticipated.

There is so much power in purpose as to why we are here. There is so much truth and impact that our lives have to give to those around us and the world. There’s so much. Instead of feeling small and unsure, we need to take hold of everything we are and all that we have to make a difference. We need to use what we have to make the world a better place and to impact people’s lives, even in what we think is a small way. Because our purpose weighs much greater than we know. Our lives have much more meaning that we know. I’m starting to believe it and you should believe it, too.
